Casa Marilu III is a spectacular 5,000 square foot contemporary Mediterranean style villa. The interior incorporates dramatic open spaces, skylights, interior gardens and a sensuous blending of vivid local colors and textures. Located on the water’s edge and just ten minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta, the villa is located between the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel and La Joya de Mismaloya resort and Spa and overlooks the famous underwater national park Los Arcos.

The sweeping ocean views from the bedrooms, bathrooms, terraces, dining room, living room and kitchen are spectacular. To the north you can see the lovely city lights and to the south, the rocky coast lined with golden sandy beaches and emerald hills.

The main floor is elegant white marble lined with pebble mosaics. There are comfortable oversized couches, a high ceiling and skylights and an interior garden and bar. Large glass doors lead to a large sunny and partly covered terrace and a heated infinity pool that is spectacularly perched over the surf below.

Main floor - The living room draws a wide curve overlooking the ocean. Folding glass doors invisibly mark the limit between the comfort of oversized couches and the Ocean.
Outside - Shaded terrace, heated infinity pool, and a sandy elevated area with palm trees.
First floor - Three bedrooms each with a private bath. The orange bedroom repeats the curved architectural shape of the living room, framing the view of Los Arcos rocks.
Penthouse level - Spacious master bedroom with a cozy palapa terrace, bar and private sundeck.
