tropical style facilities at Hotel Oasis include a
heated pool, a restaurant overlooking the beach, a
bar/lounge, and free private parking. The restaurant
opens at 5 a.m. so the guests can enjoy breakfast
before heading out for an exciting day of fishing. On
some nights, the restaurant features buffet style home
cooking! These buffets typically consist of seafood,
chicken, steak, and more.

Loreto,
only a 1 hour and 40 minute flight from LAX, is located
approximately 821 miles from Los Angeles and 700 miles south
of San Diego. Loreto was the original capital of all the
Californias and in 1997 celebrated its 300th anniversary. Even
with so many years in existence, Loreto remains true to its
cultural heritage and is unspoiled by large crowds.

Loreto
is often described as a sleepy little fishing village
that is the nature lovers paradise. The clear blue
waters of the Sea of Cortez and all its marine life
provide snorklers and scuba divers underwater beauty
unlike any other.

nearby Sierra de la Giganta mountains provide
opportunities for mountain biking, hiking, and horseback
rides. Fishing is still the main attraction of Loreto,
with world record catches of Dorado, Tuna, and Sailfish
from the nearby islands being recorded here. In fact,
